Purchaser Eligibility
By purchasing body armor from Aegis Forge Solutions, you certify that you meet all applicable federal, state, and local legal requirements to possess and purchase body armor.
You represent and warrant that:
You are at least 18 years of age, or the minimum age required by the laws of your jurisdiction.
You are legally permitted to purchase and possess body armor under all applicable federal, state, and local laws.
You are not prohibited from possessing body armor due to any criminal conviction or other legal restriction.
You are purchasing body armor for lawful purposes only.
You will not use the product in the commission of any crime or other unlawful activity.
Aegis Forge Solutions reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its sole discretion if purchaser eligibility cannot be verified or if we believe the purchase may violate applicable law.
State Restrictions
Certain states regulate the sale or transfer of body armor and may prohibit or restrict direct online purchases.
At this time, residents of the following states should not place online orders:

New York
If you reside in one of these states, please contact Aegis Forge Solutions directly. We may be able to assist you through a lawful in-person transaction or another legally compliant purchasing method, where permitted by applicable law.
Government and Agency Sales
Sales to qualified law enforcement agencies, military organizations, and other authorized government entities may be subject to different purchasing procedures. Please contact us directly for assistance.
